3/4# beef Tips
1 pkg McCormicks Brown Gravy mix ( .87oz)
2 T burgundy Wine
1 med onion sliced in rings
1 t beef base
1 c dry egg noodles

Directions:
Freezer Preparation. Bag beef tips in a quart size freezer bag. Bag 1 c dry egg noodles in quart size freezer bag. Saute onions. In a separate sauce pan, mix gravy according to package instructions then add wine, beef base, and sauted onions place in a quart size freezer bag. Put all bags in a Gallon size freezer bag. Freeze.

Thaw in Refrigerator. Brown beef tips in a skillet and season with salt and pepper. Add Onion/Gravy mixture. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes. ( May add water if needed) Prepare Egg noodle and serve.

Crock Pot: Place Frozen beef tips and gravy in crock pot and cook on low up to 8 hours.
