l lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste

1 can tomato paste
1 large can tomato sauce
1/4 c. parmesan cheese

large container cottage cheese
1 egg, beaten
2 T. parsley flakes
1/2 c. parmesan cheese

large bag mozzarella cheese
box lasagne noodles, cooked & drained

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef, onion, and pepper. Add spices, tomato paste, tomato sauce and parmesan cheese. Simmer about 45 minutes.

In separate bowl - combine cottage cheese, egg, parsley flakes, and parmesan cheese.

Layer in 9 x 13 pan - start with noodles, meat mixture, cottage cheese mixture, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat (about 3 layers).

Bake at 350 for an hour.`
