7 slices bacon, diced
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1c. Mayonnaise
1c. Shredded cheddar cheese
1/2c. Shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4c. Chopped green onions
5 jalapeños, seeded and chopped

Topping:
1c. Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4c. Butter, melted

1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. Cook and stir bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp, about 10 minutes.
Remove bacon with a slotted spoon to a plate lined with paper towels to drain.
3. Stir bacon, cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, green onions, and jalapeño peppers together in a bowl; spread into a 9-inch round baking dish.
4. Mix crackers, Parmesan cheese, and butter together in a bowl; spread over the top of the cream cheese mixture.
5. Bake in preheated oven until bubbly, 20-30 minutes.

Serve with tortilla chips
