4 large tortillas
2 cups shredded cheese - you pick flavor
16 pieces shrimp, cooked and chopped
Creamy ranch dressing
(chopped green onion optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat one tortilla in skillet on medium high heat. Add cheese and shrimp. Cover with another tortilla. Flip tortillas after lightly browned and cheese has melted.

Repeat for other tortillas. Slice quesadilla into 6-8 wedges. Top with ranch dressing, green onions and serve.
