1 1/3 cups milk
1/3 cup margarine

Directions:
Grease 4 loaf pans. In a large bowl mix the flour, salt and yeast together. In a seperate bowl mix the boiling water, milk and margarine, cool the liquid to lukewarm. Add to the dry ingredients and mix. Cover and let rest for about 1 hour. Stir in 7 - 8 cups flour gradually as needed and knead for 10 minutes until elasticy. Put in greased bowl, grease top of dough, cover and let rest for about another hour. Punch down. Let rest for 10 mintues. Divide into 4 pieces. On a floured board, put one piece and roll into about a 12" x 14" rectangle. Starting at the 12" edge, roll and press the bottom slightly towards yourself, pinch the seam and tuck the sides to fit into the load pan with seam side down. Let rise for 1 hour. Bake at preheated 350º F oven for 25 - 30 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack sideways.

**Note: To speed up the resting process you can put the dough in the oven with a tray of hot water on the bottom rack BEFORE you turn your oven on. Once the resting is finished, take the water out and turn on the oven.

Options: Rub top with milk before baking OR Grease tops after baking for a shiny crust OR Cover loaves with a damp cloth and towel to cool slowly, this will create a soft crust.
