1 box lemon cake mix
1 4-1/2 oz.container of Cool Whip, thawed
1 egg
1/2 C. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly grease cookies sheets. Combine cake mix, Cool Whip and egg in large bowl. Drop by teaspoons into bowl of powdered sugar - roll around to coat and place on cookie sheet to bake. Bake at 350º for 10-15 minutes until light golden brown. Remove to a cooling rack - cool completely.
