1 C. (2 sticks) butter (softened)
1 C. brown sugar
1 egg, separated
1/4 tsp. salt
1-3/4 C. flour
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 C. powdered sugar
1/2 C. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, butter, egg yolk and salt. Beat until creamy. Stir in flour and cinnamon. Mix well (will be slightly stiff). Spread batter into lightly greased 10-1/2" x 15-1/2" pan. Beat egg white just until foamy. Stir in powdered sugar and brush mixture over batter and sprinkle with the nuts. Back at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Cut while still warm.
