Ingredients:  
1 stick margarine
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup onions, chopped
1 tsp garlic, minced
4-6 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, cut into 1/2" pieces
Juice of one lemon (or bottled lemon juice)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 fresh parsley, minced
1- 8 oz can tomato sauce
Cooked hot rice
Flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet heat together margarine and oil and saute onions and garlic. Add chicken, lemon juice, salt, pepper and parsley. Continue cooking, stirring constantly for 5-8 minutes or until chicken is done. Add tomato sauce and heat through. Stir in hot rice and serve in warmed flour tortillas.

You can also just serve over rice!
