Carrot Cake Recipe

2 Cups Flour
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Salt
1 1/2 cups Vegetable Oil
4 Eggs ( Beaten)
3 Cups Grated Carrots
1 Cup Chopped Walnuts

8 oz. cream cheese
2 cups Confectioners Sugar
1 stick of margarine

Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees

Sift Together First Four (4) Ingredients.
Add the next Four(4) Ingredients to the bowl.

Pour the cake mixture in layer pans, loaf pan or bundt pan.

Bake at 350 Degrees for 1 Hour.

Mix Ingredients together for the Icing. Apply icing to completely cooled carrot cake.
