o 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons taco-seasoning mix
o 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
o 1 teaspoon chili powder
o Dash or two of cayenne pepper (optional)
o 12 wings, cut in half at joints, wing tips removed and discarded

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, stir together the taco-seasoning mix, lime juice, chili powder, and cayenne, if using. Toss the wings in the mixture until they are coated.
Prepare a gas or charcoal grill for direct cooking. Place the wings on the grill and cook, turning frequently, for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
