Ingredients:  
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 medium can crushed pineapple - drained
5 pieces white bread cut in cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Cream butter and sugar, add well beaten eggs and stir in pineapple. Stir in bread and mix thoroughly.
Bake, uncovered @ 350 for 45 minutes until lightly browned. Serve hot or cold Serves 6.
