2 lb. chicken breasts, cut into 1" cubes
3 medium onions, quartered
2 carrots, cut 1" thick
2 potatoes, cut into 1" cubes
2 cans chicken broth
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp thyme leaves
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp salt
8 mushrooms, halved
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup frozen corn

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, onions, carrots, potatoes and broth in crockpot Stir in celery seed, thyme, pepper, mushrooms and corn. Cook on low 7 - 9 hours (high 4 - 6 hours). Add peas. Serve.
