3 Beaten Eggs
1 c. Milk
1 tb. Cooking Oil
1 c. All-purpose Flour
Topping:
1/2 c. Dairy sour cream
1/2 cup butter, softened
Filling:
1lb Sauage
1/4 chopped onion
1/2 c. cheese, shredded
3oz Cream Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, milk and oil. Add flour and 1/3 teaspoon of salt; beat smooth. Pour two tablespoons batter into greased six-inch skillet. Place two tablespoons Sauasge filling down center of each; roll up. Place in 9x11 baking dish. Cover; chill. Bake covered in 375 degree oven for 40 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients; spoon over. Bake, uncovered five minutes.

Filling: Cook one pound bulk sausage and onion; drain. Add 1/2 c. shredded cheese and cream cheese.
