7 1/2 lbs. Sel fRising Corn Meal
3 lbs. Self Rising Flour
18 Eggs
3 lbs Onions finely chopped
3 lrg Green Bell Peppers finely chopped
2 bundles fresh Green Onions finely chopped
2 8 oz. cans Corn Nibblets
1/2 c. Salt
1/2 c. Black Pepper
1 gal. Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Add corn meal, flour, salt and pepper; mix well. Add eggs, onions, green peppers, green onions and corn nibblets; mix well. Add about 3 quarts of milk and stir until batter is smooth. Additional milk may be needed but add in very small amounts while mixing. Batter should be smooth but not runny. Fry at 360-375 degrees until golden brown about 3-4 minutes.
