2 - 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
2 kgs. crumbled bleu cheese
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise or Miracle Whip salad dressing
Grated onion, to taste - approximately 1/8 cup
Seasonings: salt, pepper, Accent or whatever you like

Blend all ingredients well. Roll into a ball and serve with crackers. Watch it disappear.
