2/3 cup butter softened
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs (room temp)
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup of craisins (dried cranberries or blueberries)
2/3 cup white chocolate chips/chunks

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy
Add eggs one at a time beat after each (just a little)
In a separate bowl mix together oats, flour, baking soda, salt
Gradually blend into butter mixture
Stir in the craisins and chips
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet lined with parchment
Bake for 10-12 minutes
Cool on wire rack
Makes about 30 cookies
