2 c. water
4 c. sugar
2 oz. instant coffee
2 c. brandy
1 vanilla bean

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water. Mix sugar and coffee. Add to water. Cool and add brandy. Pour into a glass 1/2 gallon container. Drop in vanilla bean, which has been split several times. Let stand for 30 days in warm place (i.e., under the sink).
