1 1/4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
4 slices bacon
1 can (10 1/2 oz) Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 c. white wine, if desired.
2 tsp. minced fresh rosemary leaves, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Wrap each thigh in a slice of bacon and put in an oven-proof dish. Mix together the other ingredients. Top thighs with the soup mixture. Bake 350 till done.

I never use the wine of rosemary. We like just the soup. Mix in some half and half or milk to thin the soup a bit. We like to put the sauce it makes over cooked rice.
