1 box chocolate cake mix
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs
box Andes mints, cut in half
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together everything but the mints. Shape into T sized balls.Bake at 350º for 12 minutes.
Remove from oven and immediately put 1/2 mint on each cookie. Wait about 3 minutes and spread melted mint.
