1 c French cut green beans, drained
1 c shoepeg corn, drained
1 can LeSeur green peas, drained
1 bunch green onion or to taste
1 green pepper or to taste
1 c sugar
¾ c vinegar (apple or white)
¼ c water
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bring sugar, vinegar, water, salt and pepper to boil. Cool for a couple of minutes and pour over vegetable mixture. Refrigerate, over night is best.
