Melt 2 cups of chocolate chips (a 12 oz. bag) over low to medium heat. Then add 1 can of sweetened condensed milk. Stir and pour into a buttered 8 x 8 glass pan. That's it! If you like walnuts, add them. If you want to make it a rocky road, put the miniature marshmallows in the freezer till firm before adding them so they won't melt when you add them to the warm fudge.
