1; 16 oz package OREO chocolate sandwich Cookies, divided
1; 8 oz package of cream cheese , softened
2; 8 oz package BAKERS"S Semi-sweet baking chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place baking chocolate in a saucepan over low heat and begin to slowly melt. Stir until melted completely

2. Crush 9 cookies to fine crumbs in a food processor; reserve for later use. ( Cookies can also be finely crushed by placing in a resealable plastic bag and using a rolling pin)

3. Crush remaining cookies to fine crumbs and place in a medium bowl. Add cream cheese; mix until well blended.

4 Roll cookie mixture into balls approximately 1 inch in diameter.

5. Place truffle balls in melted chocolate to coat, rolling if necessary. Lift truffle from chocolate using 2 forks ( this will allow excess chocolate to run off) and then place on a wax paper-covered baking sheet. Sprinkle with reserve cookie crumbs.

6. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. Store leftovers truffles, covered, in refrigerator
