2 10 oz pkgs frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
2 C cottage cheese
1/2 cup margarine, cut in pieces
1 1/2 C American cheese cubed
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 C flour
1 tsp salt

Mix all in mixing bowl. Pour into greased crock pot. Cover. Cook on High 1 hour, then low 4 or 5 hours.

There are a couple dishes that just shout "Chuckie!" as she would often bring them to pot luck dinners. This is one and I am so glad to have gotten this recipe.
