Crock Pot/ Ham and Ranch Potatoes Recipe

2 lbs redskin potatoes, peeled and quartered
8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 oz pkg ranch salad dressing mix
10.75 oz can cream of potato soup
16 oz pkg cooked ham, diced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

1. Spray your crock pot with cooking spray
2. Put your potatoes in your crock pot
3. Mix together your cream cheese, dressing mix and soup really well
4. Put your cream cheese mixture on top of the potatoes
5. Cover and cook on low for 6.5 hours
6. Add your ham and stir
7. Sprinkle your cheese on top
8. Add salt and pepper to taste
9. Cover and cook until your cheese melts ( approx 15-30 mins)
