4--6 loin chops, lean
1 medium onion, sliced
1 tsp butter
salt and pepper, to taste
1 TBSP garlic powder
1/2 tsp sage
1tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
1 cup chicken broth
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 TBSP paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
parsley for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl melt butter and whisk together the broth and seasonings. Pour mixture into slow cooker.
Place onions and garlic in slow cooker and place the pork chops on top of them
Place of a slice of butter on top if you'd like and cook on low heat for 6 to 8 hours, or until chops are tender and onions are done.
Pork will not brown, so top with fresh or dry parsley when serving to jazz it up.
Serve with your favorite vegetables or salad.

These are really good heated up the next day, and there's plenty of liquid, so cook 6 rather than 4 (move them around half way through so they all are cooked in the liquid at some point) and you have lunch the next day!
