2 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp cornstarch
3/4 C either brown or white sugar
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 Tbsp butter
2 C half and half cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, cornstarch, sugar, nutmeg, and butter until crumbly. Put in unbaked 9" pie shell and pour in cream. Bake at 400 for one hour.
