9" x 13" pan of cornbread, prepared ahead of time
5-7 stalks of celery, minced
2-3 large onions, minced
3 sticks of butter, melted
4 eggs, beaten
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble the cornbread. Add the celery and onions. Add the melted butter, beaten eggs, and salt and pepper and stir together.

Bake for at least an hour at 350º. This is especially good baked under a smoked turkey, and don't forget the canned cranberry sauce.
