Ingredients:	Ingredients: 1 lb Ground Beef 1/2 Onion chopped 1 tsp Garlic Salt Salt & Pepper to taste 1 sm Head of Cabbage

Directions:	Directions: Brown beef and onions in skillet. Drain if necessary. Add seasonings. Shred cabbage and add to beef. Put lid on skillet and let cook for 15 to 20 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally. Quick and simple.
