1 pkg. graham Crackers, uncrushed
2 pkg. of 3 3/4 oz French vanilla instant pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
1 - 8oz. cool whip

Frosting:
2-1oz. nestle chocobake ( I have always used the powder baking cocoa and oil recipe on the side of the cocoa can instead.)
2 T. corn syrup
3 T. soft margarine
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 T. Vanilla
3 T. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Butter bottom of 9X13 pan. Line with whole graham crackers. (do not crush)
Mix pudding with milk and beat at medium speed for two minutes. Blend in cool whip. Pour half of the mixture over the graham crackers. Then place a second layer of graham crackers over the pudding mixture. Pour rest of mixture over 2nd graham layer and cover with 3rd layer of graham crackers. Frost and refrigerate 24 hours.
For Frosting:
Beat all ingredients until smooth. Spread over cake and refrigerate.
