Meat Filling:
1-1 1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Sauce:
1 15 ounce can tomato sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 to 2 teaspoons chili powder
1 can chopped tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

Tortilla base:
8 tortillas
Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Filling: Cook and stir meat until browned. Drain off fat. Stir in remaining remaining ingredients for meat filling. Remove from heat and set aside.

Sauce: In a small pan, heat all ingredients to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for five minutes.

Tortillas: Heat small amount of oil over medium heat. Dip each tortilla turning once and place on paper towel. Dip each tortilla into sauce to coat both sides. Fill with 1/4 to 1/2 cup of the meat mixture. Roll and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
