2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup butter
1 cup milk
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp allspice
1 egg
1 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar and butter using a pastry knife until you get a crumb mixture. Take off 1 cup for topping, set aside. Add all other ingredients. Pour batter into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with reserved topping and cinnamon (optional). Bake at 350 F for 25 minutes.
