Ingredients:
1 8" or 9" pie crust
3 1/2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/4 cup white granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1 small can (5 oz.) evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a bowl, mix together the sugar and cocoa powder. Add remaining ingredients and blend all together well with hand mixer. Note - batter will be very thin.

If using homemade pie crust, place pie crust in 8" or 9" pie pan and prick the dough several times with a fork. Pour chocolate mixture in pie crust and bake about 50 minutes, or until batter sets. There will be a delicious thin candy crust on the top. Cool at least an hour so pie will set well. Serve with a small dollop of whipped cream and enjoy!
