Dressing:
1/4 cup aioli or good live oil based mayonaisse
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
1 tsp dijon mustard
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Salad:
Chopped baby kale for 3-4 salads
1/8 cup toasted slivered almonds
1/8 cup currents soaked in orange juice and then drained
shredded parmesan to taste

Dressing:
combine aioli, garlic, white vinegar, lemon juice, honey and mustard in food processor.

Salad:
Combine remains ingredients with dressing and took to coat. Toss shredded parmesan cheese over the top.
