Graham crackers
1 pkg vanilla pudding and pie filling, 6 serving size
2 1/2 cups milk
1 cup whipping cream (or 1 envelope topping)
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups icing sugar
3 tbsp milk
1 square semisweet chocolate
1 tsp margarine

Line a 9" x 13" ungreased pan with whole graham crackers, trimming to fit. Cook pudding with milk as directed on package using 2 1/2 cups milk. Allow to cool. Spread over crackers in pan. Beat cream, sugar and vanilla until stiff. Spread over pudding. Put on another layer of whole graham crackers, trimming to fit. Mix icing sugar and milk together well, add more sugar or milk if needed to make a fairly runny glaze. Spread over cracker layer. Melt chocolate with butter over hot water. Drizzle over top. Chill. Let stand over night before serving.
