1/3 cup cornflake crumbs
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
Dash garlic powder
4 small unpeeled zucchini, cut into 3" x 1/2" strips
1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cornflake crumbs, cheese and seasonings, place in a plastic bag. Dip zucchini strips in butter then shake in bag of crumbs to coat. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 375º F for about 10 minutes or until crisp.
