1 - 9 x 13 pan of cornbread
10 slices of bread
1/2 tsp pepper
3 lg stalks celery
1 lg onion 2-1/2 - 3 cups
3/4 cup butter
4 C chicken broth
3 lg eggs - slightly beaten
2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp sage

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º

Crumble cornbread and slices of bread in very large baking dish. Combine onion and celery with bread crumbs and mix well. Melt butter and add to beaten egg and chicken broth. Stir. It is better if it's too moist rather than too dry.
Add poultry seasoning, sage and black pepper. Mix well.
Bake until brown.
