3 T Butter
3 T Flour
1 Pint of Milk
1 C Fresh Crabmeat
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp salt
2 hard boiled eggs
1 tsp paprika
4 tsp parsley
1 teaspoon horseradish
1/4 cup buttered bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated shard cheddar cheese

Make cream sauce of butter, flour and milk.
Flake crabmeat and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Add eggs, forced thru coarse strainer.
add all seasonings and port into a shallow baking dish.
cover over with bread crumbs and cheddar cheese.

Bake at 450 until crumbs are brown.
