1 lb Chicken Tenders
1 crown broccoli
1 small container mushrooms
2 cans Cream of Celery Soup
10 oz. Milk
Chicken broth
1 med white onion
2 cloves Garlic
4 Slices Swiss Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Grill Chicken Tenders in skillet over 1 tbsp oil.
Dice onion.
Separate broccoli crown into small florets.
Dice Mushrooms into thin slices.
Peel Garlic cloves and dice.

In 6 qt pot or larger add Cream of Celery Soup, milk, onion, garlic, broccoli, mushrooms. Add chicken broth just enough to barely cover ingredients. Bring to boil.
While pot is heating to boil, dice chicken strips into desired chunks. Add to pot.
Again, add broth to barely cover ingredients.
When pot reaches boiling lower temperature to medium heat , cover, and simmer for 35 minutes.
Add Swiss Cheese and simmer 5 more minutes
Add sea salt and pepper to taste.
Serve.
