5 large green peppers ( your choice if you use green, yellow, red, or orange)
4 containers of roast beef lunch meat
mushrooms ( fresh or canned)
onion
salt
ground black pepper
cheese ( provolone, pepper jack or American work best)

Directions:
Directions:
1) cut meat and onions and sauté with salt and pepper mushrooms optional
2) cut open and gut peppers in halves length wise
3) lay provolone cheese on the bottom of the half of pepper
4) once meat and onions are sautéed fully fill the peppers with the mix
5) top stuffed peppers and put in oven for 30minutes on 350*

I personally love cooking this and eating this. It is like eating a Philly cheese steak without bread. making it the best for gluten free people.
if you are gluten intolerant be sure the roast beef is gluten free.
