1/2 Cup vegetable oil
1 Cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3 bananas, mashed
2 Cups flour
1 Tsp. Soda
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1.2 Tsp. Salt
3 TBSP. Milk
1/2 Tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and oil. Add Bananas and Eggs. Beat Well. Sift dry ingredients. Add to first mixture with vanilla and milk. Beat well. Pour into 9x5x3 loaf pan lined on the bottom with wax paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

You can add 1/2 cup of chopped nuts if desired. Stir in nuts last.
