2 lbs of stew meat, cut into cubes
4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
1 cup of celery, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
½ tsp of salt
¼ tsp of pepper
2 cups of carrots (I buy the waffle cut…much easier)
13 oz of V8 juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a dutch oven pan or large covered pan that will fit in the oven. Pour the V8 juice over all. Put on the lid and bake in the oven for 5 hours at 250 degrees….DON’T PEEK!
