1 T. oleo or butter
1 T. flour
1 C. milk
2 tsp. minced bell pepper
2 tsp. onions, minced
salt and pepper to taste
2 C. Crab meat or leftover fish
Bread crumbs

Directions:
Make a cream sauce with the first six ingredients, then add crab meat and enough bread crumbs to shape into patties. Brown to golden in moderate skillet. Patties may be frozen uncooked.
