Chicken Tortilla Soup Recipe

2 c Chicken Breast, cooked and diced
1 T Chicken base
1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies
1 clove garlic
1 med onion chopped
1 t cumin
2 (11 oz) can Diced tomatoes
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
2 c water
1 c cheddar/Jack cheese blend shredded ( to serve on top)
3 Corn Tortillas
Dried Cilantro to sprinkle on top Or Fresh

Combine first 8 ingredients into a gallon freezer bag. (Dont include water). Put cheese and tortillas in 2 separate quart size baggies. Put all in one Gallon freezer Bag. Freeze.

Thaw in refrigerator. Pour contents of gallon freezer bag into a sauce pan. Add 2 cups water. Bring the soup to a boil, reduce heat, simmer 20 minutes. Cut up tortillas into strips bake or serve as is in the soup. Add Cheese on top and sprinkle with cilantro. ( can add a dollop of sour cream and a slice of avocado)
