2 and 1/4 cups powered sugar
3 ounces cream cheese softened
1/4 teaspoon pure peppermint extract
1/2 cup colored (cookie decorating sugar)

Directions:
Directions:
In the bowl of mixer, combine the powdered sugar, cream cheese and the peppermint extract. Beat until combined. Roll the cheese into balls and dip into the colored sugar. Place on a waxed paper lined tray and cover with plastic wrap. Chill until 1/2 hour before serving.
