1 C oil
1 C sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 C flour
1 Can pie filling
1/2 C sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 C powdered sugar
1/4 C water
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
mix oil, sugar, eggs, baking powder, salt and flour

Pour 1/2 into 9X13 pan spread pie filling of your choice then spread the rest of the batter
Sprinkle with 1/2 C sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon
Bake 325º 1 hour
Drizzle with powdered sugar, water and vanilla mixture.
