1 cup flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter & sugar together, add vanilla & egg. Beat well & add flour & baking powder. Place in a greased small pie plate.
Bake at 350 for 25 - 30 min - ( until golden brown )
