1/2 cup white sugar 1 picnic ham
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tsp soya sauce
1 green pepper
1 onion- chopped
1/2 cup celery
1 carrot - grated
1 tin mushrooms ( drained )
114 oz tin pineapple cubes ( use juice also )
1/2tsp MSG

Directions:
Directions:
Boil ham for 2 hours. slice ham & put in roaster & add the above ingredients. Bake for 1/2 hour at 400º.
Mix 2 tbsp. cornstarch in cold water to thicken.
Serve with rice & corn.
