8-10 oz. pasta
2 T. parsley flakes
1 T. basil
8 oz. soft cream cheese
1/4 c. soft butter
1/3 c. parmesan
1/4 c. olive oil
1 clove of garlic
2/3 c. boiling pasta water
Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta. Mix basil, parsley and butter then add to the pasta. Blend cream cheese, parmesan, olive oil and garlic then pour on pasta. Stir in boiling pasta water and mix well. Sprinkle with more parmesan.
