Cooking spray
2 tsp. olive oil
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
1 tbsp. grated lemon rind
Lemon slices

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Place fish skin side down on a foil lined pan that has been sprayed or coated with cooking spray. Brush fish with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sprinkle dill and lemon rind over fish. Place lemon slices over fish. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
