1/3 cup marshmello cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 large bag coconut

Dipping chocolate

Directions:

Mix well, chill
Take out small amount and shape, chill again, then dip
Just take out small amount at a time or it will get sticky

Mom would make Christmas candy for the family every year. She would make it for Dad's work and never missed mailing a batch to her brother in Columbus, which he always looked forward to.
